A major high street brand had been importing ‘bags’ for many years. Mapcargo suggested looking further into the bags construction, and recognised an opportunity to reclassify them.
Due to the bags construction, we assisted with negotiations with HMRC and gained approval to use a lower duty rate, along with the ability to reclaim overpaid duties over the previous 3 years.
